About Us

A dynamic speaker and motivational trainer, Laura Hayes is the founder and president of L. Hayes & Associates. Ms. Hayes conducts seminars and training for your entire work force, front line, middle management, or executive staff.

Ms. Hayes is known nation-wide for her very successful program, "Creating Crime Resistant Communities." Her efforts in the "War on Drugs" has led her to create and present seminars and training for the general public using the principles of integrity, honesty, and positive self-esteem.

Her ability to take sophisticated, upscale principles and present the same to front line staff in layman terms is unparalleled.

Since 1992 Ms. Hayes has developed a series of training seminars and workshops for frontline and middle management staff. Her superb presentation, "From Handyman to Maintenance Professional," sets new standards for managers and maintenance staff. She is also known for her HUD 4350.3 Occupancy Handbook Training which features practical hands-on examples of implementing HUD occupancy policies and procedures.  Ms. Hayes successfully maintains an average of 95% satisfactory rating from participants attending her workshops and training seminars.

Ms. Hayes is noted for her success in turning around distressed properties, and correcting HUD regulations and management deficiencies.
